Refund and Claim Policy:
For any issues related to billing, claims, or refunds, please

resolution. You must contact our billing department for assistance.
After returning your order, the refund policy varies depending
on your mode of payment. Details regarding the payment method can be found on your product
receipt. You can check the status of your refund by contacting our billing department at

Please note: This information applies specifically to products
purchased and delivered by Spikeautoparts and not those purchased from a third
party or another junkyard.
Refund Process:
Once your product reaches our warehouse, we will initiate the
refund process, which may take up to 3 days. After the refund is processed, it may take 5-7
working days to reach your account, depending on your mode of payment. To claim a refund for
a product not as described, you must provide a 25-second unboxing video including the
shipping label.
Please note that there are no refunds for any kind of body
parts, exterior parts, or electronic parts.
For any freight parts, it is preferable to provide a business
name and address. If no business address is available, kindly provide a nearby Walmart
parking address, or additional charges may apply for doorstep delivery.
Once an order is placed, it takes 5-7 working days to generate
the tracking ID. Delivery time depends on the dimensions of the product and the distance to
be covered, typically ranging from 10-12 working days.
If an incorrect shipping address is provided by the customer,
the organization does not hold any responsibility once the part is shipped. In such cases,
the customer will be responsible for additional charges for reshipment of the same part. If
the customer wishes to cancel the order, they will be eligible for a partial refund after a
deduction of 25% of the paid amount.
