Warranty:

a: Spike Auto Parts, at its discretion, can either repair or replace the defective unit with used engines. We offer a ninety-day warranty with unlimited miles (unless otherwise noted) on parts only, starting from the date of delivery. Please note that no warranty covers any attached accessories and parts such as manifolds, carburetors, distributor, alternator, starter, water pump, thermostat, clutch, flywheel, timing belt of belt-driving engine, and all seals, etc.

b: No warranty is provided for Mazda rotary, high-performance, and racing engines or transmissions.

C: Car body parts are not covered under warranty.

D: Used Transmissions: We offer a ninety-day warranty from the date of delivery on parts only. Please note that electrical switches, wiring systems, shifting linkages, and torque converters are not guaranteed.

E: Due to the materials and composition of powertrain components (engine, transmission, transfer case), we do not warranty against surface rust that may accumulate over time, if it does not affect the overall performance of the product sold. There is a reasonable expectation that surface rust will form regardless of whether the product is stored on a shelf or left in the donor vehicle until the time of sale.

Claim & Refund::

If you need to return your order, the refund policy varies depending on your mode of payment, which is outlined on your product receipt. You can check your refund status by contacting our billing department at

Please note: This information pertains to products purchased and delivered by Spike Auto Parts and not those purchased from a third party or another junkyard.

If a customer cancels an order before the product ships, they are eligible for a partial refund after a 25% restocking fee deduction.

In the case of damaged or incorrect products:
  • Any damages to the delivered product must be reported within 24 hours.
  • For damaged or incorrect parts, customers must send a 20-second unboxing video displaying the label via email.
  • The part needs to be shipped back to the yard. Once assessed and validated by the yard, the refund will be processed within 24 to 48 hours. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
  • The refund will be completed within 4-7 working days.
  • If the customer does not respond for an extended period or fails to receive the part, it returns to the yard. In such cases:
    • i: If the customer wants to receive or reprocess the order, they will have to pay additional shipping charges.
    • ii: If the customer wants to cancel the order, a partial refund will be issued after deducting the shipping charge. Every transaction is subject to a 6-10% card processing fee.

Credit Card Charges:

There will be multiple charges on your credit card statements. Our shipping department will update you after every charge.

Explanation: Our parts come from multiple/different warehouses all over the United States, incurring extra shipping and warehouse costs. As the buyer, it is your responsibility to pay all taxes & fees. Therefore, we will use your card to cover those expenses. Due to multiple transactions (warehouse fees, shipping, stocking, tax) on your card, our billing and shipping department will update you regarding all charges.

For any reason, if your card issuing bank does not release the transaction with Spike Auto Parts, you must call the bank and authorize the transaction. However, the total price for the product remains the same and will not change.

Shipping Policy:

For any freight parts, it is preferable to provide a business name and address. If there is no business address, kindly provide a nearby Walmart parking address, or there may be additional charges for doorstep delivery.

Once the order is placed, it will take 5-7 working days to generate the tracking ID. Delivery time depends on the dimensions of the product and the distance to be covered (10-12 working days).

If a wrong shipping address is provided by the customer, the organization does not hold any responsibility once the part is shipped. In such cases, the customer will need to pay additional charges for reshipment of the same part. If the customer wants to cancel the order, they will be eligible for a partial refund, after a deduction of 25% of the paid amount.

Spike Auto Parts warrants to original buyers that each used item sold is protected from defects in material and workmanship when properly installed and under normal use and service for the period and distance according to the terms and conditions, unless otherwise noted.
